Hauptaufgaben Incumbent performs a wide range of illustrating assignments in the preparation of view-graphs, wall charts, posters, fliers, brochures and similar materials.
Designs layouts and produces graphic designs as requested by serviced activities.
Prepares illustrations for manuals, pamphlets, handbooks and similar types of publications.
Prepares materials for publication.
Designs format and lay-out for illustrations, posters, flyers, program covers, certificates, signs, tickets, T-shirts, patches, logos, and special items; producing all necessary artwork; preparing rough sketches or illustrations.
He/she assists with marketing work orders as requested by division / program managers & Marketing Coordinator.
Incumbent ensures all graphic materials meet MWR Brand Central standards.
Assists with adding events, promotions, advertising and changing program and facility information, as requested.
Supports MWR events as needed/requested for marketing related support such as social media coverage and collection of information, images and video in support of future events and planning.
Assists with work orders for Commercial Sponsorship & Advertising that are supported by agreement.
Assists with the dissemination of MWR program and event information and news on Directorate Facebook and Instagram.
Assists with the creation of digital slideshow.Helps monitor social media for engagement and respond to comments, private messages that require further information or clarity.
NOTE: Tour of duty is 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 08.00 to 13.00.
Qualifikationsanforderungen MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:?Applicants must meet the qualification requirements in the "General Schedule Qualification Standards" published by U.S Office of Personnel Management, as summarized below.
EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have a minimum of 1 year of Specialized Experience equivalent to at least the UA-05 grade level.
Specialized experience is experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled.
OR? ? SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR EXPERIENCE: Education may be substituted for experience in accordance with the "General Schedule Qualification Standards" published by U.S Office of Personnel Management.
