**Ict Project Manager - focus TMS**:
ROLE AND KEY RESPONSABILITY
**Pilot Projects Management**: Plan and execute pilot projects in selected regions to test and validate the TMS functionality and performance before full-scale deployment.
**Project Planning and Scoping and Stakeholder Coordination**: Plan and execute pilot projects in selected regions to test and validate the TMS functionality and performance before full-scale deployment and act as the primary point of contact between IT, operations, and executive leadership for the TMS implementation project and for any project-related escalations.
**Training and Change Management**: Coordinate the development of training materials and conduction of training sessions for end-users to ensure effective system adoption.
**Deployment and Go-Live**: Coordinate go-live activities, including cutover planning and execution.
**Quality Assurance and Risk Management**: Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the integrity and reliability of the TMS implementation.
**QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE**:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on software development and implementation best practices.
- PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL or similar project management certification is preferred.
- Strong understanding of transportation and logistics operations.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics, particularly in a TMS context, is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
