**Job Description Summary**:
The primary responsibility of this role will be to ensure the smooth and efficient administrative support to a Senior Executive Leader.
In this role you will follow an individual work plan, meet day-to-day short-term objectives and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.
It is an exciting opportunity for someone who is self-motivated and comfortable using technology and operating at senior levels in an organization.
**Essential Responsibilities**:
- Providing administrative and organizational support including but not limited to: prioritize conflicting needs and handle matters expeditiously
- Proactively engage on and see projects through to successful completion within strict deadlines
- Plan, schedule, and arrange business meetings and travel itineraries
- Prepare and reconcile expense accounts
- Edit presentations, reports, spreadsheets, take meeting minutes, and support business reviews
- Prepare, evaluate, and edit incoming and outgoing communications for multiple executive
- Direct business contacts to appropriate managers
- Coordinate onsite and offsite business meeting and events
- Manage conference / huddle rooms and common office area
- Raising and receiving purchases orders
- Booking travel and managing expenses
- Diary and meeting management
- Raising and receiving purchases orders
- Managing multiple projects and priorities and initiating follow up to ensure timely achievement of commitments
- Creating presentations for internal use
- Assist with passport and visa requirements
**Qualifications/Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience supporting executive level leadership
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and work autonomously
- Ability to maintain high level of integrity and confidentiality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to draft clear and concise communications
- Strong administrative experience in a corporate environment supporting executives
- Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership skills and teamwork
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- EU Work permit
- Fluent in English and Italian
