POSIZIONE: HUMAN RESOURCES - HR Business Partner RETRIBUZIONE ANNUA LORDA: SETTORE DI APPARTENENZA: Human resources DESCRIZIONE AZIENDA We are looking for a role of WW Retail HR Generalist for one Important Fashion Company with HQ in Milan, ItalyThe candidate will be responsible for all Retail HR related tasks, with a strong focus on Performance Management, Payroll and Administration, Legal Issue.• Manage the hiring process• Define and deliver employment contracts• Manage promotions, organizational changes, hiring, termination;• Perform HR staffing including handling procedures related to international mobility, dismissal, resignation, retirements;• Handle potential disciplinary and termination process• People management and development process• Develop and implement recruiting – talent strategy• Personnel cost planning processPROFILE- Strong experience in Retail HR activities- Act according to the Brand values-- Fluent in English and Italian.
