This role works closely with the Senior HR Manager in identifying current and future needs, ensuring the efficient and compliant execution of all HR processes, and acting as a key point of contact for employees and line managers.

What You Can Expect Serves as the first point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR topics in alignment with the Sr. HR Manager, and supporting employee relations processes. Responsible for managing employee data in Workday throughout the employee lifecycle as well as creating reports and researching/analyzing data for the HR management team. Ensures a successful onboarding experience for new hires, which includes developing an effective onboarding plan, contract/legal registrations, fleet allowances, and leading orientation. Leads HR business process execution, including functional area incentive and performance management processes, reporting, and auditing information in Workday. Continuously identifies process improvement opportunities and implements changes within the scope of the role. Coordinates development programs and training courses to foster employee engagement and participation. Efficiently manages the payroll process, to include securing management approval and partnering with the payroll provider to ensure data accuracy. Collaborates with the Sr. HR Manager and compensation team for merit increases, bonuses and other salary changes. Champions D&I initiatives to support our inclusive culture with surveys, HR programs, and other internal communications. What You Bring to the Table Experience in an HR Generalist role or performing HR systems responsibilities. Solid knowledge of Italian labor law. Fluent in Italian and advanced English (written and spoken). Able to plan, organize, and complete assignments in a timely manner with minimal oversight. Detail and process-oriented problem solver, with a focus on customer service, who is able to work independently or with a multicultural team. Ability to build strong productive partnerships at all levels and leverage conflict management skills. Strong computer skills with current, or ability to quickly build, proficiency of Google Workplace [Slides, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar and Mail], Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel and other software, as needed.
