The HR Business Partner will provide HR partnership and leadership to assigned client groups. This individual will develop and implement HR initiatives focused on achieving business objectives.
This position will provide hands-on human resources expertise in the areas of employee relations, performance management, compensation, employee retention, talent acquisition, coaching/developing and more.
This position is part of the Human Resources Department and will be located in Lodi, CA. This is a night shift position supporting operations Sunday-Tuesday rotating Wednesdays 5:00pm - 5:00am.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Advise, influence and guide all levels of management on HR implications of business strategies and all aspects of people management and leadership.Partner with HR and management in organizational assessment and diagnosis to revise business strategies into actions that deliver results and improve organizational capability.Resolve employee relations issues through a systematic approach with clear documentation and follow through.Provide guidance on and conduct investigations of complex complaints and concerns that could result in legal ramifications or organizational exposure.Partner and consult with staffing, leadership, talent acquisition, and talent management to align on recruitment and staffing needs.Partner with leadership to ensure successful implementation of processes and transformation initiatives.The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, or business administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience.A minimum of 5 years' experience in human resources with broad experience in management coaching, employee relations, recruiting, compensation, and training.Ability to travel It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

The salary range for this role is $83,000 – $125,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
