Each Valentino colleague is crucial to guarantee that every need in Valentino is met with mastery, creativity, uniqueness, and care.We are looking for a HR SYSTEMS SPECIALIST based in MILAN.The candidate will join the HR Capabilities Systems Team and will be responsible for fostering digital adoption within Valentino's HR community by leveraging our global HR information system suite.Responsibilities:Oversee HR processes through our Global HRIS modules, from hiring to retirement, budgeting planning, Talent Development, and Recruiting processes.Maintain data and reporting, provide support for global implementation projects on new modules.Serve as the primary contact for HR key users worldwide to handle complex requests or tickets.Support training for all key users to equip the HR community with the necessary digital skills.Support internal team and Process owners in transforming business needs into user processes.Collaborate with external consultants to support regular business operations and application maintenance.Requirements:Degree in Engineering or Economics with proven experience in HR Transformation or HR Data Management.Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.Fluent English is required.Proficiency in Excel and Office365 package.Familiarity with any HR Management systems and Business Management software.Proactive, flexible, and possess strong communication skills to support the global HR community.The Valentino ecosystem is home to a wide and extraordinary pool of talents, each colleague contributing with their unique attributes, nurturing a culture of inclusivity and equality.
