Cosa faraiWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Services Senior Specialist who will be accountable for delivering a wide range of HR services, ensuring smooth HR operations, and supporting both employees and management in all HR admin-related matters.
It's going to act as HR Services single point of contact for Vodafone Servizi and Tecnologie, a Vodafone Group owned company with ~900 employees in Italy performing activities in Network and Digital & IT areas. He/she will be part of an international team with many opportunities to share best practices across 11 markets in Europe.
Chi seiProven experience in Payroll management, HR Services, HR administration or similar role. An experience in a multi-country environment could be a plus.Familiarity with HR softwares (SAP, Success Factors,…) is a plus.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong organisational skills and attention to details.Ability to handle confidential information.Must have technical / professional qualifications: Degree.Very fluent in English and Italian.5+ experience in similar roles.Cosa offriamoWe want you to feel happy and fulfilled at work, without compromising the other things in life that matter to you.
