For a French multinational operating in the refrigerated vehicle sector, we are looking for a
**HR Manager - Refrigerated Vehicle Sector**
The figure will have to coordinate and plan the people management, labour relationship and Human Resources polices of the company.
**Principali responsabilità**:
- Ensure the compliance with the applicable labour regulations and company policies;
- Coordinate the different HR areas and the team (Staff administration, Payroll, Recruitment, Training, Performance evaluation, Health & Safety);
- Regular reports on the topics requested by the HQ, the General Director and/or the region;
- Propose measures to improve the working environment, team motivation and talent retention;
- Representing the company in labour claims and before the public authorities responsible for labour relations;
- Manager annual budget (salary reviews and bonus payments);
- Promote employer branding and community engagement actions;
- Propose improvements in HR processes and polices, (digitalization and efficiency of the area)
- Analyse KPIs (turnover rate, absenteeism, diversity and inclusion);
- Ensure the correct implementation and management of KELIO (clock in-clock out) system.
**Requisiti richiesti**:
- Preferable degree in law, economics or humanities;
- At least 5 years of experience in the role of HR Manager, gained in international contexts;
- Excellent knowledge of English and/or French;
- Knowledge of applicable labour law and people development tools and techniques;
- The profile is completed by: strong communication and problem solving skills, excellent analytical ability to identify improvements and propose changes;
- Knowledge of Workday is a plus.
