About the Job:The HR Manager Italy will lead and manage Human Resources processes and strategies for our Italian entity, aligning with Group strategy.
This role involves collaborating with Corporate and Regional HR Functions to develop HR processes and projects related to talent attraction, development, and succession.
The HR Manager will support management in strategic decisions and facilitate organizational changes, emphasizing synergies across Italian entities.Responsibilities:Act as the primary HR, as HR Business Partner Role, contact for Italian leaders, addressing HR topics such as compensation, talent planning, and performance management.Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals and identify synergies within the country HR processes.Develop, mentor and coach the Italian HR Team for growth and in alignment with the business strategy.Oversee HR operations, including payroll, budgeting, and time management.Lead HR projects and digitalization efforts (e.g., Workday implementation).Manage recruitment and selection processes, including employer branding.Promote corporate values, diversity, and inclusion within the organization.Support talent development, engagement, and retention strategies.Ensure legal compliance in HR management.Coordinate health and safety management according to Legislative Decree 81 and further operative functions (brokers, company cars, cantine etc.
