Position Summary We're looking for an HR Manager in Reggio Emilia Location.
In compliance with company policies, contribute to ensure the management of plant human resources.
Main Responsibilities Organization: Contribute to improve the organizational model of the plant.
Ensure the right implementation of standard structures, processes, responsibilities, skills, and profiles.
Recruitment and Selection: Ensure together with Line Managers and Temp Agencies the Blue Collars recruiting.
Contribute to white collars recruiting.
Training and People Development: Contribute to coordinate and implement the individual Development Plans (IDP).
Contribute in organizing special plant training projects and onboarding and induction plan for new hires.
Business Partnership and KPI's Management: Support in ensuring the HR KPI's: labor cost, holidays usage, absenteeism rate, overtime hours, turnover etc., proposing improvement and/or recovery actions on a monthly basis.
Internal Communication: Supporting the communication processes and special projects.
EHS Norms and Procedures Management: Contribute to ensure industrial safety and plant properties safeguarding collaboration with the EHS Manager for Environment, Health, and Safety of the Plant.
Labor Relations: Ensure the proper application of the national, regional, and local labor law, collective agreements, and general Company regulations.
Contributing to negotiating and establishing relations with unions.
Main opportunities and challenges: Working in a multinational context, managing the complexity.
Manage many activities at the same time, following the priorities.
Job Position Requirements Education: University master degree in Economics/Law.
Professional background: Previous experience in a similar role (at least 5 years) in a complex and dynamic environment.
Hard skills (knowledge, technical skills, languages, IT skills…) Essential: Knowledge of labor law.
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word PowerPoint).
Considered as a plus: Master in Human Resources Management.
