Hr Manager

We are currently looking for an HR Plant Manager to join a manufacturing plant part of a Foreign Multinational Corporation.
Reporting to the Managing Director and coordinating 2 people, the HR Plant Manager will manage all Human Resources related activities of the plant (about 200 employees).
**Key responsibilities**:
- Own the local HR procedures and processes
- Advice (pro-) actively your internal stakeholders
- Payroll delivery
- Succession planning
- Preparing annual HR budget as well as budget analysis.
- Drive Industrial Relations and advise responsible line managers on HR related employee issues
- Implement and manage the company remuneration policy and the definition of career patterns
- Drive sourcing, recruitment, onboarding and retention, including employee branding
- Own and deliver the company training plan for both compulsory training and professional training
- Own and drive the implement of respective HR projects, local as well as global projects
**Requirements**:
**Knowledge and experience**
- Solid and proven experience of 4-5 years in a similar position
- Experience in manufacturing companies
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or Human Resources
- SAP SF experience would be an asset
