Ensure the effective utilization of HCM software to streamline HR processes.
Monitor and analyze HCM metrics to inform strategic HR decisions.Payroll Management:Oversee payroll processing to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.
Manage issues related to salaries, deductions, and benefits.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and labor laws related to payroll.Labor Union Relations:Manage relationships with labor unions and negotiate collective bargaining agreements.
Represent the company in union negotiations and resolve disputes between employees and unions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and union contract provisions.HR Strategy Development:Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and performance.Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring.
Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new employees are integrated smoothly.Performance Management:Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
Provide guidance to managers on performance management and employee development.Training and Development:Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
