Job DescriptionPurpose of the jobSupport the HR team in optimising activities through data analysis, budget support and KPIs management in order to drive strategic decisions and improve overall business performance.The HR Intern will be involved in:Supporting the HR team in day-to-day activities and strategic projects.Collaborating with colleagues to collect, analyse and interpret HR data.Providing support in HR department budgeting.Crafting and maintaining dashboards to monitor key HR KPIs.Delivering smart project with high autonomy with a focus on process improvement (i.e.
JDs, Training Matrix, Employee Handbook).Supporting and handling with growing autonomy over the months, all the activities and initiatives under the Internal Communication umbrella (Newsletter, Digital Boards contents, Visuals, Town Hall organization, email campaigns).Taking an active part in the organization of the periodic events at the site (i.e.
