Job Description Participating in the recruitment process for Head Office and Retail positions Holding the role of a superuser in assigned HR systems Providing operational support for health, safety, and work environment initiatives Knowledge of employment law, agreements, and regulations Translating and ensuring the quality of training materials Assisting in training sessions as a Co-Trainer Managing ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by the HR Manager Qualifications Previous experience in Human Resources or Health & Safety Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate or fluent level Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong sense of responsibility, leadership abilities, and a proactive mindset in driving tasks and initiatives.
