We are looking for a Sales Support Engineer to join our Enapter Customer Projects Team in Pisa. To be a successful Sales Support Engineer, you will need to have excellent technical skills and the ability to translate customer requirements in technical offers and solutions.. In addition to this, you will remain up-to-date with the company's products, services and latest industry trends. As the technical product expert of both single-cores and multi-cores, you'll be responsible for identifying and resolving client concerns to successfully provide solutions to their inquiries, in partnership with your Sales colleagues As the technical product expert of both single-cores and multi-cores, you'll be responsible for identifying and resolving client concerns to successfully provide solutions to their inquiries, in partnership with your Sales colleagues. Support customers during pre-sales by providing them with a thorough understanding of the technical product specifications and ensure a speedy response time to their queries Be the point of contact between the Sales, Customer Projects and Technical Office Teams Respond to bids and requests for proposals with the Bid Engineer, as well as preparing technical presentations and alignments Prepare offers for consulting services and follow up during the execution of the services. Drive single core partner certifications, coordinating with Sales and the Technical Office teams. Work in cooperation with our technical teams to continuously stay up-to-date with our product development roadmap and capabilities, as well as the new features and product iterations. Expand market awareness of our products and our industry experience by communicating the features and benefits of our products and services effectively What do you need to help make our goals a reality?
