We are currently looking for an **HR Business Partner** to join our EMEA and Italy Human Resources Teams - **job based in** **Italy to support Sales & After-Sales organization in Italy/Spain/Portugal.

The role:
- Implement Group HR strategy and policies (Talent acquisition, Performance and Talent management, Learning, Compensation & Benefits ) in the Southern Europe Region.
- Support Region Business operations by:
- Working in a close cooperation with Leaders/Managers on Employment programs and HR processes deployment;
- Coaching Leaders/Managers to deal with all People, Organizational and Cultural issues, critical for key business initiatives as well as day-to-day needs;
- Providing active support to Leaders/Managers and Employees to foster people development and change management.
- Ensuring compliance with local labor laws for any individual or collective topics, with local Expert support.
- Collecting and monitoring HR data for Country, Region and Group reporting and future decision-making.
- Take part, as international HRBP, in local and global HR projects, in order to enhance Management & HR practices at Group level.
**Profil requis**:
**Requirements**:
- University degree, a Master in HR will be considered as an asset
- Minimum 5 year experience as HR Business Partner and/or Recruiter
- Experience in an international matrix organization will be considered as an asset
- Fluent Italian / English - Spanish will be considered as an asset
- Excellent interpersonal / communication skills with ability to build trust, challenge status quo and influence, on site as well as in remote
- Strong curiosity and interest in multi-cultural relationship
- Willing to travel in assigned countries when needed
