- We are looking for an _**_experienced and talented HR Business Partner _**_for our HR Team _**_Alstom Italia_**_.
Specifically, you will join the_**_ HR Services Team_**_, one of the four Product Lines present in Alstom Italy.
The role is based in _**_Savigliano (CN) with frequent business trips_**_ to reach sites and depots throughout Italy._
In Alstom, the **HR Business Partner is a strategic role **with the aim to create continuous **partnership with the Business** to contribute to overall growth.
The main responsibilities are:
**Counselling Business on HR Topics**
- Understand and prioritize business needs and translate them into HR actions, eventually formulating proposals on Union Relations strategies
- Be proximate to the business - both line managers and employees - in order to understand their issues and prepare HR actions to address them
- Ensure compliance with employment related laws, regulations and internal policy
- Exercise good judgment and decision-making in the best interest of maintaining amenable labor-management relations
- Advice, support and coach management on all HR related issues, policies and processes
- Manage HR programs/practices to complement the achievement of long-term strategic business objectives
- Deliver day to day operational support (People process, data accuracy, etc.
)
- Ensure full compliance with ALSTOM EHS policy
**Recruitment and Onboarding**
- Monitor, participate in and drive workforce planning and recruitment activities
- Support the on-boarding stage with needed actions
**Total Rewards**
- In collaboration with the Compensation team, make salary proposals for new hires and promotions and support implementation of annual Salary Review
- Ensure internal and external equity within the process
**Development**
- Build managers' ownership of the management of their people
- Support the annual People Review, including development plans and ensure feedback to individuals
- Support the development activities appropriate to each individual
**Experience and Competencies required**
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources covering all areas of HR management practice
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Law, Economics, etc.
)
- Influence and resilience within a matrix organization structure
- Ability to properly handle confidential and sensitive information
- Flexible, open minded, fair, and balanced judgment
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Resilient and able to deliver in a demanding and changing environment
- Able to work in an international and multicultural environment
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Good command of HR Information Systems and Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Office 365 suite, etc.
)
The population followed will be in various locations and depots throughout Italy, so **frequent mobility is needed (50% SAV/SMW + 50% mo**bility)**
