About the roleWe are looking for an HR Advisor to join our local People Team, based in Milan.
You will report directly to the local HR Business Partner with a specific focus on People Administration and Operations, collaborating with our central CoEs.What you'll be doing:Taking ownership of the administration for the entire employee lifecycle - from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, development, coaching, promotions, and exitsPreparing employment offer letters, contracts, letters of promotion, and compensation changes in compliance with the National Labor ContractOverseeing information flow within Workday related to employees (hirings, leavings, contract changes, role, compensation changes, etc)Monitoring overtimes, absences, timesheets, and monthly deadlines according to the National Labor ContractCollaborating with CoEs in the UK Headquarters like payroll team, central people operations team, compben teamSupporting employees in admin and payroll areas through ServiceNowProviding support for special payments, salary changes, and processing reports on employees' headcount and administrationDeveloping the operating model for Hop People Operations in ItalyOffering day-to-day support on People topics to local TeamsIdentifying capability and engagement gaps, workforce planning, and talent development opportunitiesEnsuring compliance with labor laws and representing site employees' views to HQ People teamOperational support on LD, recruitment, procurement (for HR related matters), and local people initiativesRequirements:Minimum 2 years' experience in People administration and OperationsKnowledge of Italian Labor law and CCNL CommercioExperience with Workday HRIS and ServiceNow is a plusPrecise, punctual, flexible, and adaptable professional with team-working skillsFluency in English is requiredExperience in start-ups, retail/distribution, or manufacturing environmentInitiative taker, confident, effective under pressure, friendly communication style, and able to handle multiple priorities #J-18808-Ljbffr
