**TURATI**
Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG staff functions.
Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office.
**THE ROLE**
New Guards Group is seeking an HR Admin Intern, ROW to join our HR Department based in Milan HQ.
As an intern, you'll assist in managing HR administration tasks for the Group's foreign subsidiaries, reporting to the HR Administration Specialist, ROW.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Assist in drafting employee agreements/contracts compliant with local legislation
- Help monitor employment-related deadlines
- Support in managing overtime and absence records
- Assist in gathering monthly variations for payroll processing (salary adjustments, contract changes, bonuses, commissions)
- Coordinate with payroll providers
- Provide administrative support to employees and collect their administrative documentation
- Assist in maintaining accurate data in Workday, our HCM system
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor's Degree
- Keen interest in the administrative aspects of HR
- Fluency in spoken and written English is a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and an analytical approachCapable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environmentEager to collaborate within a team and embrace hands-on learningDemonstrate strong organizational skills coupled with a positive and adaptable attitude
