We are seeking a candidate to manage and execute HR processes, ensuring operational efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness for both our internal clients and the organization. The position is based in our Legnano office, where the successful applicant will become part of the HR Admin Italy team, reporting to the Payroll & Employee Admin Manager. We operate under a Hybrid work policy.
What You Will Do: Comprehensive management of car fleet administration, including overseeing car suppliers, compiling the car list, and addressing user concerns.
Efficient and precise handling of HR administrative tasks, such as drafting employment contracts and bonus letters, tracking attendance, overseeing payroll, car benefits, and more.
Ensuring the accuracy of employee records for secure information and timely updates, utilizing Workday and Zucchetti systems.
Performing quality checks to maintain adherence to HR processes and policies.
Assisting employees, managers, and the HR department with administrative duties.
Working in collaboration with labor offices, government bodies, and external agencies regarding HR issues.
Aiding in the discovery and implementation of effective solutions within a matrix organizational structure.
Who You Are: Minimum experience required in an HR administrative and payroll specialist role.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations is essential.
Experience in managing the company car fleet is highly valued.
