For a 5-star Luxury Hotel in Umbria, we're looking for a: Houses Manager The Houses Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the exclusive private houses and villas.
This role ensures the highest level of service and comfort for high-end guests, managing housekeeping, guest services, and maintenance operations to create a flawless luxury experience.
The Houses Manager will work closely with other hotel departments to deliver a seamless stay, reflecting the prestige of a world-class hospitality environment.
Main duties: Guest Experience Management: Welcome and meet high-profile guests to ensure their needs are fully met from arrival to departure.
Manage personalized guest experiences, including organizing bespoke services like in-villa dining, private events, and excursions.
Act as the main point of contact for villa guests, responding to any special requests, feedback, or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Housekeeping Maintenance Oversight: Supervise the housekeeping team to ensure all private villas and houses are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness, presentation, and comfort.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure all villas are fully stocked, immaculate, and that maintenance issues are addressed promptly.
Coordinate with the engineering and maintenance team to address any property repairs or upgrades as needed.
Team Leadership Training: Lead, train, and motivate the villa staff (housekeepers, butlers, maintenance personnel, etc.)
to ensure exceptional service.
Establish and monitor performance standards, providing feedback and conducting evaluations to maintain a high-performing team.
Implement training programs focused on luxury service standards, attention to detail, and personalized service.
Budget Inventory Management: Oversee the budget for the private houses, including staffing, maintenance, and supplies.
Manage inventory for each villa, ensuring all luxury amenities are available and replenished regularly.
Collaborate with the procurement department to source high-end furnishings, décor, and amenities that align with the hotel's brand.
Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with the concierge, front office, FB, and spa teams to coordinate personalized services for villa guests.
Ensure smooth communication between departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
Plan and execute private events and functions in collaboration with the events team.
What we are looking for: Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality management, preferably in a high-end villa or private residence environment.
Proven experience managing housekeeping, guest services, and personalized guest experiences in a luxury setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
Exceptional attention to detail and high standards of quality and service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle VIP guests and complex requests.
Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
