Role: Housekeeping Manager Property: Duo Milan Porta Nuova, Tribute Portfolio Report to: Rooms Division Manager Company Profile Duo Milan Porta Nuova, Tribute Portfolio is a 4-star, 239 rooms, including 11 suites, all completely renovated with bright colours and unexpected details.
In addition, the Hotel has a Bistrot with Italian and international cuisine, a Bar and a Courtyard for informal meetings or relaxing breaks, a fully equipped fitness centre and 5 meeting rooms.
The property is part of Marriott International which is the world''s largest hotel brand and Westmont Hospitality Group.
We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager that will manage and oversee the daily activities of the housekeeping department.
The position is responsible for planning, organizing, and developing the overall operation of the department to ensure a high level of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all the housekeeping procedures and standards to ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for guests and staff.
- Manage the daily activities of the housekeeping staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Ensure that all rooms and public spaces are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
- Monitor the inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations and standards.
- Work with other departments to ensure the overall guest experience is positive and consistent.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Rooms Division Manager Qualifications: - Previous experience in the same role in required.
- Knowledge of OPERA.
- Knowledge of Hoxell.
- Previous experience in Marriott International is considered as a plus.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
