Our hospitality division seeks a highly motivated individual with strong Excel, communication, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities include supporting the development of house accounts and the general administration of daily and weekly tasks (such as reporting, sample coordination, etc.)
to support the sales force internally and in the field.
JOB DUTIES: Run daily, weekly, monthly reports for the Director of Hospitality (including open orders, back order reports, external partner reports, etc.)
Research former, current, and new opportunities to grow the business.
Deviate leads and potential opportunities to localized representatives and follow up with them to ensure contact.
Partner with our Customer Service team to manage house accounts, resolving any issues or requests made by the clients and following up with accounts to identify growth opportunities.
Assist in making telephone calls and scheduling in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
Create presentations and materials used in presentations to clients, ensuring reflection of the Frette brand.
Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers.
Liaison between house accounts and customer service to provide catalog, samples, quotes, and submit orders for processing.
Coordinate with internal departments – Supply Chain, Marketing, Product Development - on special projects/samples/presentations or activations for the Hospitality division.
Coordinate annual training and in-house sales meetings, including setup/breakdown of showroom, catering, travel arrangements, etc.
Coordinate all samples to the Hospitality Office from international factories.
Keep abreast of product applications, market conditions, and competitive activities.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business Management) 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required, knowledge of Great Plains is a plus.
Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented; ability to multi-task in a busy office environment.
Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries and complaints.
Strong research and follow-up skills.
Strong communication skills required, both verbal and written.
