The incumbent is responsible to recommend strategic approach and efficient programs (in line with ASP) in order to support the JTI brands in his area of responsibility.
With his team he/she will be also responsible for qualitative implementation of the activities (multicategory) by coordinating and organizing them with third parties suppliers in Special Events (such as live music events and other mass events) and in the Leisure HoReCa Channel, functional to convey a corporate image in line with the position defined by the company.
Contributes to the identification and assessment of business opportunities for activation program of RRP, in order to ensure privileged consumer engagement.
Ensures efficient use of resources in line with JTI policies & procedures.
What will you do-responsibilities: Contributes to definition and development of official projects, by identifying and recommending, as part of the experience gained on the ground, events and leisure activities that may be of interest to JTI itself in view of the development of its strategies in the Italian territory Ensures, managing internal and external resource of the company, the prompt and appropriate implementation of the brand activation plan, supporting, with particular focus on operational strategy, the marketing function in definition of guidelines for a definitive program of leisure activities in order to achieve the best objectives in line with JTI SA guidelines and within the legal framework Ensures accurate and timely planning and organization of special events, whose implementation is entrusted to third Italian suppliers, by analyzing business needs, defining target objectives, selecting the appropriate work panel in relation to the complexity of the events and to the assigned staff availability, in compliance with JTI policies and requirements Defines and develops a strategic program for best partnership in the entertainment world, through contracts negotiation with key touch point of territory: Key Opinion Leader, Network HoReCa and Company of Live Music, for manage and ensure the coordination of activities and resources in all RRP' special events, in compliance with the assigned budget and the defined quality level Supervises and develops the staff assigned and ensures their effective performance through objectives setting, performance feedback, coaching and training in order to develop people capabilities and ensure their professional development Budget management: ensure efficient use of resources in line with JTI policies & procedures Who are we looking for – requirements: University degree (Business Economics)-Event Manager master (plus) English knowledge is required Minimum 5 years in a Marketing & Sales function Knowledge of Entertainment world, with particular focus on Network HoReCa and Special Events One Team spirit and teamworking, able to work cross functionally Effective communication Stakeholders' management.
