Cosa farai Reporting to the Head of HR VST & Network Development, the Health & Safety Expert is responsible for advising businesses on how to protect the health, safety and wellbeing of employees in the workplace.
The Health & Safety Expert is responsible to draft and update all the documentation necessary for the fulfillment of obligations regarding Health and Safety and maintains relations with the competent authorities and certification bodies.
It will act as the H&S single point of contact for Vodafone Servizi and Tecnologie, a Vodafone Group owned company with ~900 employees in Italy performing activities in Network and Digital & IT areas. He/she will be part of an international HR and HSE team with many opportunities to share best practices across 11 markets in Europe.
Chi sei Technical experience in multinational companies and large matrix organisations
Previous experience in H&S
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or related field, in technical disciplines.
5+ years of experience in safety areas.
Good interpersonal relationship skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in Italian and English
