Position: Head of People & Culture (m/w/d) Your role in BizAway:
People Strategy and Compliance: Partner with the company founders to define the short and mid-term people strategy for BizAway.
Regularly review and update HR policies. Optimize Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Develop and implement a streamlined hiring process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements. Enhance Employee Retention and Engagement: Design programs aimed at improving employee retention and engagement.
Conduct regular employee feedback surveys. Performance Management and Development: Establish a robust performance management framework.
Implement leadership development programs. Data-Driven People Metrics: Establish a people analytic dashboard.
Monitor turnover rates and employee satisfaction scores. Culture and Values Champion: Promote the organization's purpose and values throughout all HR initiatives. Support for Scaling Operations: Collaborate with the executive team to align HR strategies with business objectives. Employee Relations and Support: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on employee relations matters. Leadership and Team Development: Facilitate leadership training and development initiatives. Your basic qualifications: Proven experience in building out an HR function in a SCALE-UP digital business. Strong capacity to build and lead an effective talent acquisition team. Strong people management and team collaboration skills. Proactive and reliable approach, with excellent organizational skills. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. Proficiency in People Management Systems, MS Office, Google Workplace Suite. We are also interested in: Experience in a sustainability-related field and performing ESG due diligence. Experience with Labour Laws, compensation, and benefits strategies. Commercial focus and mindset. Ability to work in an evolving, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment.
