As the Head of Digistat Core, you'll lead our Software Engineering team in designing, implementing, and operating our Digistat software product.
Drive timely delivery and ensure process compliance while supporting customer satisfaction and sales success.
Your ContributionsProvide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.
Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, and software architects to plan and design.
Assist in the collection and documentation of user requirements and development of user stories.
Prepare reports, manuals, and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of software.
Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.
Support the V&V team in the deployment of releases.
Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget.
Provide, as a team, third-level support to business users.
Research and evaluate a variety of software products.
Minimum QualificationsStrong work experience in software development.
Experience managing developer teams of more than 3 persons.
Understanding of software design and development.
Business and technical education, with a Master/Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience/track record in software engineering.
Proven technical skills.
Fluent in a minimum of 2 languages, both oral and written (English mandatory).
Strong writing skills, able to express ideas clearly in short, easy-to-read texts.
