Each Valentino colleague is crucial to guarantee that every need in Valentino is met with mastery, creativity, uniqueness, and care.We are looking for an HEAD OF CORPORATE COMMUNICATION based in MILAN. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with the brand's values and goals.Oversee and communicate CSR programs to internal and external audiences.Collaborate with teams on sustainability and community engagement.Create and execute communication plans to enhance the brand's reputation.Manage media relations and press inquiries.Develop and distribute press releases and communication materials.Lead crisis communication efforts and provide strategic counsel.Maintain crisis management protocols and prepare stakeholders.Support executives with speechwriting, presentations, and media training.Manage communication of financial results to the board and press.Develop strategic messaging for executive communications.Monitor and manage the brand's reputation across media platforms.Implement strategies to enhance the brand's image.Track industry trends and provide insights to maintain a positive brand image.Oversee the CEO's external communication strategy.Plan and coordinate the CEO's public appearances.Develop key messages and talking points for the CEO.Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.Organize press conferences and investor meetings.Monitor industry trends and provide insights to the executive team.REQUIREMENTS: 7+ years of overall experience in managerial role in a similar roleFluent in EnglishAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrategic mindset and managerial skillsExercise sound judgement in establishing priorities and problem solvingGood communication skills, strong attention to detailsFully embodying the values of the Maison; empathy, inclusivity, uniqueness and freedom with a client-centric mindsetThe Valentino ecosystem is home to a wide and extraordinary pool of talents, each colleague contributing with their unique attributes, nurturing a culture of inclusivity and equality.
