YOUR MISSION: The mission of this role will be to develop and steer the commercial Italy strategy and planning consistently with the Davines Brand Strategy, and in line with our Sustainability values.
WHAT YOU'LL DO: Commercial Leads sales analysis processes and understanding, both within the Business Unit and liaising the Global function; Ensures structured feedback from the market and addresses it with dedicated action as needed, both in coordination with other Local functions (Education, Sales, Events) and where applicable with Global departments (primarily Global CS&P); Leads category commercial/competitor understanding from sales perspective; Strategy Drives excellence in execution with clear and effective methods & tools to support the local teams; Co-leads the commercial evaluations & sales assumptions discussion; Ensure the translation of the global strategy to local market: price, promotion, customer/ channel strategies; Planning Leads the identification of the requirements for local channel/customer differentiation, start of ship, ranging, sizing, pricing, promo plans; Owns the respective categories mid-term commercial plan definition and execution; Co-leads the creation of the Go-To-Market Global plans, alongside with Global CS&P and other Global Functions.
WHO YOU ARE: 7+ years' experience in similar roles; Passionate about the Beauty/Professional Hair Care Industry; High level of energy and drive to animate the cross-functional teams; "Hands on" attitude; Strong analytical skills; Experience in presenting and selling product concepts will be a plus; Strong leadership & accountability; Proficient level of English and Fluent Italian; Strong sales attitude & understanding when leading sales' potential discussions; Solid understanding of commercial logics through experience in commercial-related roles and/or a previous role very close to sales (Trade Marketing); Ability to work in a cross-functional teams and in multi-cultural contexts; Ability to understand different markets (or segment) features, needs & opportunities; Ability to highly engage with the other category team members; Ability to manage the assigned budgets.
