**About the Role**:
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Defines the strategy, in alignment with medium and long-term Group strategies and responding to the business needs of other requestor Functions, required integrations leveraging collaborative partnerships with cross-function leadership members
- Ensures budget and medium-term plan objectives achievement respecting timing, costs, and required expectation by the Group
- Provides direct input and supports CAPEX project management in the different project phases
- Supervises market analysis, in order to constantly monitor the market and provide the management with updated specific analysis
- Ensures relative market analysis, supervising the scouting and the definition of the supplier base according to criteria of quality of service, cost, sustainability, market benchmarking, flexibility, Ferrero cultural fit, Innovation to have the best partnership and bring the most value to the company business
- Guarantees negotiations with the Suppliers to bring the maximum value to the requesting function, in term of TCO (total cost of ownership), Service Level and Quality and risk mitigation in alignment with internal procedures and Ferrero Code of Business Conduct
- Ensures compliance of contracts and master agreements to Ferrero Group requirements (terms, specifications, secrecy conditions, intellectual property, etc.) including governance on long-term contracts (i.e. Investment Committee & FINT Board)
- Manage proactively Internal Stakeholders, aligning on Business Requirements & Needs, considering the stakeholders' requirements (customer satisfaction target)
- Ensures the consolidation and improvement of relationships with existing suppliers, manages criticalities (Claims management) and strengthens common objectives
**Who we are looking for**:
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Passionate for problem solving with good organizational skills; have the ability to prioritize projects and tasks, analytical abilities, exceptional communicator, strong critical thought
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with team members and effective negotiation skills to deal with suppliers
- Good attention to detail to ensure all purchase orders are accurate
- Fluency in English (any other European language is a plus)
