Job Description
Starcom is looking for a Groupe Integrated Brand Lead for one of our largest global clients across our network! The Groupe Integrated Brand Lead has to understand the client's business thoroughly and deliver excellence with great storytelling and leadership, ensuring client satisfaction.

The role is uniquely positioned as you would be responsible for orchestrating activity across a number of disciplines, including media, social media, SEO, WebOps, digital assets, CRM.
BUILD RELATIONSHIPS : Be the primary point of contact for the brand, owning the entire process and becoming the expert. Manage the client relationship through effective communication, problem-solving, and responsiveness. Provide leadership for your team and help nurture their development. The right candidate should relish the chance to work as part of a fun, flexible team and have a desire to coach and develop junior members. Work with cross-functional teams to collaborate on plan structure and implementation. CLIENT LEADERSHIP : Become a trusted partner for our client by fostering a strong relationship. Take ownership of the brand and provide value for the client through a hands-on approach. We are looking for someone with a firm knowledge of campaign planning and activation across all channels to guide client discussions. GLOBAL COORDINATION : Work with our markets around Europe for the delivery of client needs. Brief local teams on campaigns, providing clear guidance on expectations for each. Communicate effectively with teams by leading regular meetings to foster strong relationships. ATTENTION TO DETAIL : Be responsible for managing all aspects of the brand globally, from plan development to budget tracking and campaign results. Be an organized and process-driven person, keeping track of plans and briefs, while also managing deadlines. Work with internal teams in areas of planning, reporting, analytics, and measurement. Key Functions :
Key Groupe contact and escalation point for the brands. Responsible for all Groupe disciplines and acts as a key integrator across media and digital operations. Work closely with media brand lead and digital operations stream leads. Ensure a seamless customer experience is delivered across POE. Drive the strategic brand vision and transformation agenda forward. Ensure market adherence to the brand vision. Act as a consultant to clients to derive insights and increase performance of marketing activity with a full-funnel mindset. Qualifications
If you have :
At least 8 years of agency experience. Global/International experience (strongly preferred). Understanding of the digital media ecosystem. History of managing omnichannel campaigns. Automotive category experience (preferred, not required). Familiarity with activation and financial reconciliation. Effectively manage large-scale global projects and cross-functional teams. Read and interpret data. Speak English fluently – this is a must as this is a global role along with Italian. Proficiently use the Microsoft Suite of programs. If you are :
