Group Reporting and Digitalization Manager (M/W)Reporting to the Group Controlling VP, you will lead the group controlling activities in strong collaboration with all finance departments and be responsible for the overall financial reporting to management. As the global controller for the support functions, you will be the business partner for support function management. You will drive the controlling digitalization journey, partnering with Business, Controlling, and Digital teams.
Your MissionManage the group reporting team.Contribute to the preparation of the financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders (Sidel GLT, TLI, Board…)Ensure the overall coordination and supervision of the financial closing, reporting, and forecasting processes (annual Budget, quarterly Outlook, and quarterly closing) for the Sidel Group.Harmonize and standardize Controlling deliverables and Tools across the Group.Drive the Digital SAP S4Hana CO implementation.Improve controlling current deliverables by understanding internal customer needs using the current reporting platform Qlik Sense while migrating to new platforms.Propose and implement continuous improvements of existing finance processes, reports, analysis, and tools to gain in efficiency and quality.Maintain internal rules (policies/procedures/work instructions) up to date in his/her area of responsibility.Own and drive the Investment process and tool.Participate in ad hoc projects and management requests.Act as Finance Business partner for transversal projects (e.g., Leading Excellence).Your ProfileMaster's degree or equivalent in Finance.A minimum of 10 years' experience in Controlling.Strong controlling technical skills and solid knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) accounting principles.Experience in Qlik Sense Analytics.Experience in SAP FI/CO (Finance/Controlling) in an international and industrial group.Advanced knowledge of controlling processes and business planning principles.Advanced practice of Excel and PowerPoint.Strong interpersonal skills, team player.Ability to lead in a matrix organization.
