Our Client is a leading Family Company operating in the Automotive Components sector as Tier1, both on Italian and International markets and OEMs. In order to strengthen their managerial Team in the Operations area, they're looking for a Group Purchasing Manager.
**Posizione**:
- Developing the short and long-term tactics, strategies and activities for the Group Purchasing Department, operating on international scale and different Production Plants located between Italy and Poland;
- Coordinating a small team of buyers and procurement experts, implementing new logics for the department over the next semesters, strengthening the team and defining further policies and adequate governance, compared to what will be requested by the General Management and the Property;
- Having the full responsibility for a total purchase volume of approximately 150 million euros, divided among all commodities (raw materials, semi-finished products, services, processing, manufacturing, management of contractors and so on );
- Creating strong relationship on the value chain related to the Group's Purchasing targets and the various stakeholders included in the porcess - both internal and external, suppliers and partners;
- Improve and optimize the current logic and KPIs of the function, in order to obtain the required performances;
**Requisiti**:
- Degree or Master Degree in Engineering or Management;
- At least 8/10 years of experience in the Purchasing Departmnt, having already achieved a Managerial role within complex international professional environments, focused on industrial and automotive sectors;
- Fluency in English and Italian;
- Strong knowledge on the basic IT mandatory skills for the role, included Excel, PPT etc ;
- Proved competence in managerial skills, team-building and problem solving structured approach;
- Having achieved Project Management or other technical certification will be considered a plus, as having a strong methodology and technical approach in the Purchasing area.
