Join us on our journey for a better tomorrow. As a Team Lead, you will manage the relationship, the demand, and coordinate service delivery as per agreed service portfolio in line with overall Atlas Copco IT strategy.
Main tasks:
Lead and develop the Italian based IT team. People evaluation and development. Support all computers in Italy and rest of IT related assets. Manage, deployment and maintenance of IT equipment (Azure resources, PCs, networks, local software and delivery of services). Coordination on Service Desk services for Italy, monitoring service desk activity to ensure actions to resolve are completed within targets. Ensure resolution of incidents within SLA. Main service desk escalation point for the employees in Turkey. Ensure incidents are resolved in a timely and effective manner. Cooperate closely with other service Teams to ensure high quality support for the business including operational and continuous improvements. Identify local business needs and translate them into business demands when applicable. Lead local initiatives/projects when required and coordinate for a smooth delivery of regional or global projects into Italy. To succeed you will need:

4 years of experience as a first level service desk IT support with frequent customer contacts. Smartphone usage (Android & Apple) for basic end user support. W11 Client. Microsoft Office 365- Windows Server 2016 Administration (User and Printing services management). End user Hardware support knowledge. Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting. Fluent in English and Italian. Workplace: Cinisello Balsamo (Milan, Turin)
