Who we're looking for We're looking for an enthusiastic Senior Area Manager to join our sales team in Milan.
This role would be ideal for someone who has gained experience in this role and wants to direct the function while propelling their career forward.
As a Senior Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales performance and overall profitability of stores within your designated area.
Your role will involve developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets, providing guidance to brand managers to enhance sales techniques, and ensuring exceptional customer engagement.
You will also be the key point of communication with retail partners to guarantee a seamless wholesale experience and work closely with the brand and customer service teams to effectively manage inventory levels.
Upholding the brand's commitment to outstanding customer service is crucial, as is resolving any customer complaints promptly and professionally.
In addition, you will be responsible for scheduling showroom appointments, providing assistance to clients visiting the showroom, and proactively seeking out new accounts to expand the company's network.
Budget management and market analysis will also be part of your responsibilities to refine company strategies accordingly.
As a Senior Area Manager, you will oversee the training and development of store staff, ensuring they possess essential product knowledge and excellent customer service skills.
Furthermore, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in the company CRM system, including budgets, projections, appointments, and feedback, is vital to the success of this role.

What your day to day will look like Store Performance Management : Assess and analyze the sales performance of each store within your area of responsibility.
Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets and enhance overall profitability.
Provide valuable guidance and support to brand managers to improve sales techniques and enhance customer engagement.
Communication : Establish and implement robust communication strategies and build strong relationships with key partners to ensure an exceptional wholesale experience.
3.I nventory Management : Collaborate closely with the brand and CS teams to effectively manage stock levels in each store.
Implement efficient inventory control measures to minimize stock losses and ensure consistent stock availability.
Customer Service Excellence : Uphold the brand's commitment to delivering outstanding customer service across all stores.
Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Appointments Booking : Ensure that all showroom appointments are scheduled ahead of time, adhering to the timeline provided by senior management.
Showroom Assistance and Guidance : Serve as the main point of contact for clients visiting the Tomorrow showroom in your area, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience while working collaboratively with each brand manager.
New Accounts Acquisition : Proactively seek out new accounts to expand the Tomorrow network and present potential opportunities to senior management.
Mapping territory and propose different strategies to grow business and presence on market.
Budget Management : Collaborate with brand management to devise seasonal budget strategies for each brand within the Tomorrow portfolio.
Market Analysis and Competition Research : Stay updated on the latest store trends, performance indicators, industry developments, and competitor activities in your region.
Provide valuable reports to the senior management team to adapt and refine company strategies accordingly.
Staff Training and Development : Oversee the training and onboarding process for store staff, ensuring they acquire essential product knowledge and exceptional customer service skills.
CRM : The incumbent is responsible for updating and verifying all essential information related to each territory in the company's CRM system.
This includes budgets, projections, forecasts, appointments, and feedback.
What you need to succeed Minimum 4-5 years designer/advance contemporary wholesale experience with a passion for sales and building relationships.
Bachelor's Degree in Fashion retail, economics or similar is a plus.
Fluency in Italian, English and Russian required (minimum B2).

Good knowledge of Excel and Office package (Access, Power Point,Outlook...).
Developed buyer relationships.
Detailed reporting skills.
Strong analytical skills Experience in international sales is a must.
