OffertaThe Group IT Security Specialist will report directly to the Group IT Security Manager and will be responsible for:
Driving high-priority Cyber Security (IT and OT) projects to successful delivery, coordinating with the IT team, other functions, and suppliersIdentifying current and emerging Cyber Security threats and vulnerabilities, leading the implementation of relevant countermeasuresEnsuring the correct architectural design and implementation of Security solutionsMonitoring Cyber Security incidents and adopting effective detection and response strategiesSupporting the definition and update of the Cyber Security vision and strategic direction, advising on innovative approaches and architecturesAssisting in the design, implementation, and administration of information Security policies, adhering to industry practicesBeing a proactive partner for the IT team, serving as a reference for Security topics, including Cloud SecurityCompetenze ed esperienzaThe ideal candidate should have:
Master/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent STEM education+2 years' relevant experience in cyber security, preferably in international environments or consultancy firmsProfessional security certifications and familiarity with cyber security standards and frameworks (ISO27001, ISO27002, NIST CSF, OWASP, etc)In-depth knowledge of application and infrastructure security threats, hacking methodologies, and vulnerabilitiesHands-on experience with EDR/XDR, SIEM, Vulnerabilities Management platforms, incident response, and forensic investigationsUnderstanding of OT environment and related cyber security risks, threats, and vulnerabilitiesExperience in security by design methodologies, security architecture, engineering, operations solutions, and cloud security (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)Enthusiasm for staying updated on the latest security threats and solutionsProject Management skills, highly organized, structured, and able to prioritize effectivelyAnalytical ability to gather and summarize information, find solutions, and communicate complex IT matters to non-technical audiencesFluency in Italian and English
