Headquartered in Milan, Italy, Campari has its own distribution network in 20 markets, employing approximately 4,000 people.The Group Financial Planning Analysis (FPA) team is part of the wider Group Finance function which comprises different teams in the areas of Group Tax and Treasury, Corporate Banking, Group FPA, IFRS Consolidated Financial Reporting, IR CF.
The Group FPA team focuses on geographical and functional perspectives, with specific teams dedicated to different business areas.General Description of the roleThe role is part of the Group FPA Supply Chain team which partners with the Global Supply Chain (GSC) Lead Team and GSC teams regarding financial processes and business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as key business partner and advisor to the Global Indirect Procurement team, coordinating the Procurement teams through cooperation within the FPA community, evaluating and tracking productivity action plans.Look for potential savings and opportunities to ensure delivery of targets.Design new process performance measuring models and procedures for productivity projects, defining operational KPIs and monitoring.Ensure reliability of figures, providing deep understanding of business trends through variance analysis.Elaborate global reporting providing valuable analysis to facilitate Procurement management decision making.Support Indirect Procurement in controlling and managing contracts with deep analysis and constant tracking of cost impact and variations.Key RelationshipsInternal: Global Procurement team, FPA Supply Chain teams at regional and local level, rest of Group FPA team; other Group FPA functions stakeholders.External: consultants and providers.Experience Required1+ years of FPA experience with a focus on Supply Chain preferred.Experience in consumer goods industries preferred.Understanding of COGS and key Supply Chain performance drivers.Proven experience in working on challenging projects with a track record of delivering excellent results to deadlines.Familiarity with working in a matrix organization.Education / Professional QualificationsDegree in Economics/Business Administration or similar.Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of other languages is a plus.Advanced Excel user.SkillsFunctionalExcellent skills and experience in financial planning reporting techniques and methods, including KPI management in the area of Supply Chain.Deep economic and financial knowledge, especially FMCG PL structure and COGS.Strong analytical skills.Knowledge of business processes in the FMCG industry.Deep SAP knowledge; BI/BW and BPC knowledge is a plus.CoreTeam working and communication.Problem solving and execution excellence.Strategic thinking and functional excellence.Our commitment to Diversity Inclusion:At Campari Group, we believe in building more value together, thus we see diversity in all forms as a source of enrichment.
