As "**Graduate ecommerce**" you will be part of Italian HP Online Store Team with the objective to increase HP Online Store Awareness, Consideration and Preference in Italy in alignment with HP Country Strategy.
We are looking for a talent to join a growing and passionate ecommerce team.
As "Graduate ecommerce", you will be contributing in making the HP Store the best online customer shopping experience, containing the finest of products.
You will work closely with Products, Category, Marketing and Sales teams in an international environment to grow profitable sales.
**Responsibilities**
- Supporting ecommerce country team in defining/executing the **HP store product & pricing** strategy
- Managing projects aimed at optimizing conversion rates
- Preparing comprehensive **reports and presentations** to communicate findings and recommendations to the ecommerce team
- Monitoring and analyzing website performance and utilize **data analytics **to generate actionable insights that drive strategy development
**Education & Experience** Recommended**
- University or Bachelors degree in Marketing/Business Administration or similar
**Knowledge & Skills**
- Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory
- Experience in eCommerce Systems is preferred
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and data
- Ability to think analytically and should be a problem solver
- Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
