What are we looking for:We are currently looking for a Global Product Experience, Service Portfolio & Pricing Manager.
Reporting to the Global Customer Offering, Pricing and Revenue Management Associate Director, the candidate will be part of a new global team, aiming at evolving Amplifon offering and pricing strategy driving transformational projects impacting and maximizing performance.
Main Responsibilities: Leading cross-functional project teams to design, deliver, test, and successfully roll out the offering projects (e.g., new financing platform, new offering architecture, design and rollout new services program).
Deep understanding of market-by-market business peculiarities and needs for the best compromise between global strategy standardization and local customization.
Ensure project monitoring and coordination, anticipating and communicating the project status and risks to the key stakeholders.
Gather and formalize business requirements partnering with Marketing and IT teams.
Anticipating and managing project risks.
Ensure timely and accurate go-to-market.
Sizing revenue impact and ensuring performance KPIs monitoring and follow-up both during pilot and rollout phases.
Keep a constant focus on stakeholders/system integrators/technological partners' needs.
Candidate Profile: 6+ years of Project Management experience in international transformation projects, gained in consulting or in a well-structured company.
The candidate must have managed projects related to complex offering services and must be familiar with pricing topics.
Previous experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, RGM, Product and Services design and development or process improvement.
Excellent data analysis, reporting, and project management skills.
Strong data-driven approach to decision-making and complex problem-solving, combined with business sense and commercial awareness.
Understanding or experience of Salesforce as a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Passionate, with high ambition to value first-class delivery.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong entrepreneurial attitude.
Fluency in English.
Willingness to travel in EMEA.
