We are looking for a GLOBAL PRODUCT MANAGER - MONITORING SYSTEMS.
This role will have a global responsibility and will represent a strategic technical conjunctural bridge between the Global R&D Department and the Global Marketing Department.
This role requires a deep understanding of software & instrumentation technologies, market trends, and customer needs in the pharmaceutical supply industry.
The role will be accountable for developing the product portfolio, ensuring that it continues to meet the needs of its target customers, and is commercially successful. He/She will implement the local product/proposition strategy and will drive improved performance through the development of new/upgraded products.
In particular, the suitable candidate:
Will be accountable for defining, developing, and implementing the product portfolio and supporting the entire lifecycle of our range of products.Will conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.Will collaborate with engineering, design, and manufacturing departments to assist in enhancing the current products.Will develop and implement go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotional plans.Will provide training and support to sales and customer service teams to ensure product knowledge and customer satisfaction.Market Intelligence (liaise with sales and customers, analyze competitors, research for new trends, visit trade-fairs).Key skills / qualifications needed for this role: A Bachelor's degree in scientific matters (Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering or similar) or Engineering or Marketing.Mandatory previous experience in the life science sector as product specialist or field engineer or similar roles.Very good knowledge of the current regulations: GMP, manufacturing and control of pharmaceutical products, sterility assurance, clean room validation.Fluency in English is mandatory.We offer a permanent contract and a total rewards package that includes market aligned pay and incentives as well as a diverse benefits offering to support our employees' physical and emotional wellbeing.
