We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a dynamic Global Legal and General Affairs Department, reporting directly to the Legal Affairs Manager for Licensing, Trade, and Real Estate.Main Activities:Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate a diverse array of agreements supporting business development, real estate, distribution, and logistics, with a special focus on oncology.Due Diligence: Provide crucial support in due diligence for M&A and licensing projects.Template Management: Develop and maintain legal templates to ensure they are up-to-date and compliant.Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support various legal matters.Litigation Support: Assist in managing civil litigations and coordinate with external counsels.Guidelines and Training: Contribute to the development of legal guidelines, procedures, and provide training to internal departments.Qualifications:Educational Background: Master's Degree in Law.Professional Experience: Up to 3 years of post-qualification experience with a strong track record.
