Role Context and Mission As an Automation and Process Optimization Sr. Specialist at Campari Group, you will play a pivotal role in steering the company towards operational excellence through advanced data analysis, process optimization, and delivering automation.
The resource will be part of the Information Technology department and will report to the Automation & Process Integration Technologies Manager.
The mission of this role is to harness the power of process mining to unearth deep insights from complex data, thereby driving efficiency and effectiveness across various business operations through the development of automations leveraging Campari Group's Technology Platforms.
Key Responsibilities – Global IT Automation and Process Optimization Sr. Specialist IT Governance and Process Mining Support: assist the Global Business Services (GBS) team in conducting process mining with a focus on IT governance. Ensure that IT components and processes adhere to best practices and standards, facilitating the identification and resolution of inefficiencies and bottlenecks in IT-related business processes. Strategic IT Insights and Support: support GBS in planning and delivering projects by analyzing complex data sets, ensuring IT strategies and decisions are aligned with overall business objectives and are executed following best practices in IT governance. Integration Optimization: collaborate with IT teams to optimize the integration of automation deliverables with existing IT systems and platforms. Automation Support: identify and evaluate potential use cases in the automation of business processes. Provide specialized support in determining which tool can be most effectively applied to enhance automation strategies and initiatives. Stakeholder Engagement: engage with key stakeholders to understand business needs and align automation and process mining capabilities with these requirements. Continuous Improvement: champion continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging process mining to drive operational excellence and innovation. Training and Support: provide training and ongoing support to users of process mining and automation tools within the organization. Performance Reporting: regularly report on the performance and impact of implementations to senior management stakeholders. Vendor Management: manage relationships with technology vendors, ensuring the company is leveraging the latest features and capabilities. Best Practices Development: develop and share best practices for process mining, automations, and execution management within the organization. Security and Compliance Management: ensure that the handling and analysis of data within the platforms adheres to Campari's stringent security and compliance policies. Implement robust protocols to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data processed by process mining and automation tools. Platform Monitoring and SaaS Management: oversee the Process Mining and Automation platform to ensure its optimal performance and alignment with Campari's IT ecosystem. What you bring Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. At least a 3-year experience in process mining, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably with Celonis. At least a 2-year experience in automation delivery, preferably with Microsoft's Power Platform. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Knowledge of IT systems and business process management. Strong data analysis and visualization skills. Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Proficient in project management and change management. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Communication skills Ability to communicate digital concepts and technologies to business leaders. Ability to influence others by communicating ideas or positions persuasively.
