PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Global Investor Relations Analyst will be responsible for preparing information for communication with Avolta's internal and external financial community. In addition, he/she will execute Investor Relations (IR) analytics and provide data insights, prepare internal IR reporting and support competitive intelligence as well as secure IR administration and related processes.
This role reports to the Global Investor Relations Head and is based in Milan, Italy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support coordination of quarterly disclosure process, preparation of presentations, compliance with legal obligations
Monitor market, peers and analyst reports
Provide/support the analysis and updates on share development, trading volume, shareholder setup and changes, company and peer valuation, analyst models vs. company actuals and forecasts, consensus development
Bloomberg/Factset monitoring and analytics
Secure filings of documents according to legal obligations related to SIX in collaboration with Global legal
Update the investor relations portion of the company website in collaboration with the team in Brazil and UK
Support in organizing of road shows and IR events
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor's degree in Economics, experience in analysis of financials
Advanced skills in MS Office, advanced Excel knowledge (advanced formulas)
Skills to analyze reports and create management summaries
Fluency in English; other languages would be an asset
IR experience; preferably in an international retail company
Reliability and confidentiality are a must
