For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our Global HR Talent Team, supporting Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, Development, and Learning.
You will have the opportunity to work on full scope projects, where you will play a key role from start to end.
Numbers, technology, and analytics will be your other companions as you will work on Talent Acquisition processes and platforms.
You'll be in charge of: Supporting EB activities devising and managing initiatives to make Amplifon Employer of Choice for specific population targetsWorking with colleagues in different areas to activate global initiatives to meet country-specific needsAnalyzing recruiting target population and personasReviewing EB platforms and channels through metrics related to relevant population targetsSupport for the definition and organization of learning programsBuilding comprehensive reporting and KPIs to support team activitiesYou are the right person if you: You are a recent graduate or in pursuit of a Master's degree.You are comfortable in an international environment where English is required on a daily basis.You like to work with people, interacting, speaking, and presenting to a diversified group of people.You see yourself as a digital native comfortable with using social media and common tools like PowerPoint and Excel.You are open to learning and take real decisions based on data and analysis.What else? 6 months internship in our Global Headquarters located in Via Giuseppe Ripamonti 133Competitive monthly reimbursementFull-time experienceHome office? After the Talent Acquisition application and screening, you will receive an e-mail with the Digital Assessment, a short online test of logic and English language.
After we receive the results, we will arrange an interview with you.
The third stage will be a Group Assessment, a fun way to get to know each other with a Business Game.
And finally, the last step is the interview with the Team Hiring Manager.
