Be one of our sensational talents! The selected candidate will join the Human Resources Department, specifically the HR Compensation and Cost Control Team.
The role will have a strategic focus on managing and optimizing compensation processes, playing a key part in driving and supporting the definition of competitive and effective policies that ensure internal consistency and alignment with market best practices.
Key Responsibilities HR Compensation: Design, implement, and monitor compensation policies (salaries, bonuses, short- and long-term incentives).Analyze internal and external compensation data to ensure the company's competitiveness in the market.Support the salary review process and the annual bonus definition, collaborating with leaders across various functions.Conduct benchmarking and prepare adjustment proposals to align with market standards.HR Cost Control: Monitor personnel budgets and costs related to compensation and incentive policies.Provide regular analysis and reporting on workforce costs and trends.Collaborate with the Finance Department to ensure alignment with organizational cost targets.Projects and Continuous Improvement: Participate in global and local projects related to compensation and cost control.Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and propose innovative solutions.Support organizational change through sustainable and effective compensation policies.Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date record-keeping systems and processes.Requirements: Degree in Economics, Human Resources Management, Labor Sciences, or related fields.3-5 years of experience in compensation and cost control roles within multinational environments.Strong knowledge of compensation analysis methodologies (e.g., WTW, Mercer, Hay Group).Proven experience in managing compensation projects (salary reviews, bonuses, grading systems).Excellent analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).Fluency in English (written and spoken).Ability to work effectively in teams, strong decision-making autonomy, and excellent communication skills.Proactivity and results-oriented mindset.What We Offer: An opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing multinational environment.Exposure to global projects and collaboration with international teams.A stimulating work environment with opportunities for professional growth.Location: Bologna.
