Job Responsibilities Quality Monitor, adjust and constantly share with the organization quality KPIs related to RTFT, daily product non-conformities, COPQ, claim rate, TTCQ, etc. Develop quality standards for the organization's raw materials, in-process products, and finished products and define and implement the measures, tests, sampling methods and other procedures that ensure that these standards are met. Define the quality control plans for different product families according to existing standards and specific customer requirements. Guarantee the correct application of work instructions and quality control plans together with applicable QMS procedures. Plan, carry out and follow up both internal process and third parties Audits (ISO9001). Directly manage customer visits/audits/FAT and be the team leader for customer claims management and resolution. Play an active role in continuous improvement activities aimed at reducing internal non-conformities, relevant costs, also dealing with A3 project. Write and revise standard operating procedures, thus supporting and facilitating audits and regulatory inspections. Supervision of all quality control aspects of the process (laboratories studies, testing, operations, raw materials, production, finished product or services) ensuring that standards are met and reports potential issues either with product quality or reliability of testing procedures. May liaise with external vendors, contractors or suppliers to ensure that their products or services meet the organization's quality standards. Manage quality training activities, also ensuring that all the plant population is on board. Manage all activities related to product certifications, including periodic audits from external certification bodies. Define and carry out proper tests and controls aimed at verifying product conformity, starting from incoming inspection on raw materials to final test on finished goods for declaration of conformity to the customer. HSE approach, capacity of describe and improve unsafe conditions. Test Laboratory Monitoring and analysis of test results (dimensional, electrical and mechanical), focusing on results and statistics. Training to operators regarding test procedure and improvement. Manage monitoring process of measures instruments of the laboratory and the shopfloor, ensuring an effective periodic calibration. Liaise and collaborate with the Country R&D team in delivering and testing prototypes. Requirements Engineering degree. Previous experience in the same role of at least 3-4 years. Knowledge of ISO9001. Office suite (Access). SAP.
