About the role In this role you will take care of the purchasing and order management processes of all non-inventory managed goods and services.
You drive the admin activities about services essential for the company functionality and competitive edge.
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with various teams.
What you will be doing Management of contracts and commercial agreements into the ERP; Maintain accurate records (vendor master data, contract expiry and renovation, etc); Creation and management of purchase orders for all company departments; Management of indirect material receiving and services rendered and invoicing monitoring; Maintenance of purchasing categories and approval workflows; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows.
Qualifications & skills Bachelor's degree or diploma in economics and social disciplines, procurement or a related field (or equivalent experience); 3-5 years max of experience from admin procurement of goods and services; Experience in MS Dynamics 365 (preferred) of with main ERPs; Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; Good at time and priority management; Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; Good level of English written and spoken; Knowledge of business control principles and best practices.
