Therefore, we are seeking a skilled and ambitious **Shipyard** **General Manager (M/F/d)** for an immediate entry (fulltime).
The General Manager of the Shipyard is a proven, highly experienced leader, responsible for the functional operations of the yard, including all production, manufacturing, yard support, scheduling, planning/budgeting, facility management, safety & environmental compliance, all facets of project management, administrative and reporting structures, as well as the overall production timelines of the vessels in build.
He/she will have experience in growing and scaling safe and efficient shipyard operations for a global, dynamic company, while implementing stringent performance standards.
He/she will have fiscal responsibilities to operate each build within approved budgets and meet or exceed targeted annual performance levels and revenue targets, as well as full P&L responsibility.
As the leader of the shipyard team, he/she will be responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance with local & state rules and promoting safe work practices, while also adhering to the company's standards, environmental goals and company policies.
