We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Continuous Improvement Supervisor to lead and drive our continuous improvement initiatives within the Fendi Shoes Factory based in Fermo (Marche).
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing current production processes, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
This role requires a strong focus on results, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Analyze existing production processes and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies Collaborate with all business functions to ensure the effective implementation of improvement initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of production processes, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurable goals.
Prepare periodic reports and present the results of improvement initiatives to company management.
Profile: Master's Degree in Management Engineer, Business Management or a related field At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the footwear or fashion production industry In-depth knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies Good knowledge of shoes production processes is a plus Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
